Industrial districts (Marshall, 1890), Industrial clusters (Porter, 1990), innovative agglomerations (Krugman, 1991) and urban agglomerations (Malmberg, Solvell, Zander, 1996) are different typs of firm concentrations. TEEM views agglomerations and clusters as socio-economic entities where social relations between cluster mambers and other stakeholders are fundamental need to accelerate economic growth. ROUTH 85 INITIATIVE
Industrial districts (Marshall, 1890), Industrial clusters (Porter, 1990), innovative agglomerations (Krugman, 1991) and urban agglomerations (Malmberg, Solvell, Zander, 1996) are important economy empirical observations that have evolved and helped us to understand mechanisms of firm geographical concentrations in cities and regions.TEEM views agglomerations and clusters as socio-economic entities where social relations between members of the cluster and other stakeholders are taking place.
Centre of the Galilee, Israel (2016-2018).
The strategic plan resulted from social intervention and combined efforts of seven cities cross-sector collaborations that involved 50 regional ecosystem stakeholders. The project succeeded in demonstrating high potential for regional socio-economic development and advancing resident's well-being.
We designed and led regional social infrastructure for building trust and catalyzing the flow of information and innovation. The plan accelerated regional vision design, goals, programs and projects, socio-economic assets mapping, and regional identity formation. The scheme fostered two new clusters (Tourism & Industry 4.0), 12 regional projects, $2 M capital fundraising, new community welfare services, 40 new jobs and nine new business.

REGIONAL TOURISM CLUSTER
Porter (Porter, 2000) defines a cluster as "a geographically proximate group of interconnected companies and associated institutions in a particular field, linked by commonalities and complementarities." Porter explains that modern economy, competition depends on productivity and productivity depends on how a company competes. And Clusters
Identifying the hidden competitive advantages of cities or regions or shedding new light on clusters' possible interaction might create new opportunities for cultivating and accelerating prosperity yearly.
Jezreel Valley, Israel (2012-2015).
Through regional plans and social infrastructure, a wide range of tourism initiatives fostered. The program was cultivating seven projects, $1 M capital fundraising, five new initiatives and 30 new jobs. Another critical achievement related to establishing the RDA (government, regional development agency) financed $15 M yearly.

ENTREPRENEURIAL ECOSYSTEM & INNOVATION DISTRICTS
These ecosystems are "peculiar systems of interdependent actors and relations directly or indirectly supporting the creation and growth of new ventures" (Cavallo et al.,2019). In comparison, innovative districts are "Geographic areas where leading-edge anchor institutions and companies cluster connect with startups, business incubators, and accelerators" (Katz & Wagner, 2014).

Ten cities partnership agreement for development of the first regional sport centre in Israel. Designed on 10 Hectar, and includes facilities that needed for 600,000 residents.

Designed general entrepreneurial ecosystem plan, with adaptation to national policy. Social infrastructure planning and regional branding consulting are currently occurring.

SHARED INDUSTRIAL ZONE
Jezreel Valley, Israel (2012-2015).
The intensive institutionalization process succeeded in building trust between conflictual cities, generating social infrastructure to advance equality, inclusiveness and call for regional reconciliation on an economic scale. The mutual agreement followed by a shared administrative structure resulted in doubling the size of the shared industrial zone. Four years ahead, and the shared industrial zone is occupied with new plants and initiatives, 70 new jobs and total cities revenue estimated at $2 M yearly.
